“The hotel has a nice restaurant, bar area and outside firepit area. Everything seemed clean and neat. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I booked a room with two double beds via Expedia and received a confirmation back that the room had two double beds. When I called the hotel, however, they said there were no rooms with two double beds and instead the room had one double bed and pull-out couch with could serve as another bed if needed. I said that is not what I booked……

“Spectacular interior spaces and super friendly owner. The interior is filled with incredible woodwork, especially grand staircase. Our suite was large and comfortable. Books everywhere to read. Great amount of satisfying choices for breakfast. We were pleasantly stuffed afterwards. Close to several restaurants. We were biking the Erie Canal Trail from Syracuse to Amsterdam NY and it was very convenient, close to trail and owner insisted on having our bikes inside. Loved it!!!”

“We had a wonderful stay. Suite well appointed, used all - microwave, fridge, desks, Very comfortable bed. Easy to park. Enjoyed the happy hour snacks and extensive breakfasth buffet. Easily walkable to the many restaurants, stores and bakeries Wish that huge bedroom TV did not block the top of the furniture below it which I could have used to put my suitcase case and open it as was not unpacking and there is already a huge tv in the sitting room. Could have used some hooks for jackets too……
